How do I create an account?
Navigate to the registration page from the homepage and enter your first name, last name, email, password, phone number, and address. All fields are mandatory. After submission your account will be created and you can sign in immediately.
How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot password?" on the sign-in page. Enter your registered email address and a secure reset link will be sent. Follow the link to set a new password. The link expires after a defined period for security.
How do I check my application status?
If you have a portal account, sign in to view your dashboard with all applications listed. Alternatively, use the "Check status" page with your application reference number and date of birth.
What documents do I need?
Required documents vary by immigration service and route. After selecting your service and route, the requirements page lists all documents you must provide, including passport, proof of funds, and supporting letters.
How do I deactivate my account?
Sign in, go to your dashboard, then select "Deactivate account" under Account Settings. Your account will be immediately disabled. You can reactivate by attempting to log in again with your credentials.
What currency are fees displayed in?
All fees and monetary values throughout the portal are displayed in United States Dollars (USD).
What date format does the portal use?
All dates throughout the portal use the DD-MM-YYYY format (e.g., 25-12-2026).

Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard protocols. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. The portal meets government cybersecurity standards.

The portal works with the latest two versions of Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Safari on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
